The Pennsylvania Supreme Court informed the ACSL in early March that our briefs would be due on April 23, 2002, and that a hearing will be held in Pittsburgh. Judging by the court's normal schedule that hearing would have taken place sometimes in September of 2002. Due to an over scheduled docket the court postponed the hearing.
