ORDER OF COURT

AND NOW, this 7TH day of May, 1996, pursuant to the foregoing Motion to Enforce Settlement, it is hereby ordered, adjudged, and decreed as follows:

1.The City of Pittsburgh must terminate the project set forth as Application No. 4- 1992-PA-DD and any similar projects within five days of this Order;

2.The City of Pittsburgh must communicate its withdrawal of a grant application (for application No. 4-)992-PA-DD and any similar projects) to the U.S. Department of Justice (Bureau of Justice Assistance) within five days of the date of this Order; and,

3.Within five of this Order, the City of Pittsburgh must communicate the tennination of this project (Application No. 4-l992-PA-DD) and any similar projects to all agents, employees, subcontractors, and representatives.
